Previously worked as registered dietitian; Division of Nutrition; University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. Native of Switzerland and former member of the Swiss National Alpine Ski Team. Previous work involved sports nutrition services for athletes of all ages, genders, and sports at The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH) and the University of Utah Athletic Department. Current consultant to the United States Olympic Committee and sports dietitian of US Speed Skating and USA Cycling. Currently hired at UCCS as assistant professor in Health Sciences.
