Sarah is a successful independent consultant, executive coach and mentor actively working within the sports coaching and business industry. She is the owner and director of e.g. consultants ltd, a seven year-­‐old UK based company, specializing in the provision of tailored training solutions for sports and business organizations and individuals across the UK and internationally. She has successfully developed this consultancy practice earning a UK-­‐wide and international reputation working mainly with sports organizations and businesses helping them review and develop their Coach Education and Development Practice and Provision. She was recently selected to the Board of Trustees at Sports Leaders UK; is a National Trainer with Sports Coach UK and Home Country Sports Councils and has most recently has joined a UK Sport led team to support the international development of coach education systems in developing nations.

Sarah has worked work with National Governing Bodies of Sport (including Cricket, Golf, Athletics, Triathlon, Rugby League and Curling) to help them design their coach education qualifications, programs and resources at a variety of levels from beginner coach to master coach. In addition to developing programmers and resources she has spent significant time training the coach developer (tutor, assessor, mentor and verifier) to develop their skills beyond competence and towards excellence. In many cases this development work has been the catalyst for organizational change (in the context of coaching) and developing excellence (in coaches and coach developers). She has proven experience working within the field of qualifications; having developed accredited professional qualifications with several different Awarding Bodies for coaching (Levels 1, 2 and 3) and coach educators and assessors She has worked extensively in the field of Quality Assurance, particularly around standard setting and endorsement. With a standards setting hat she is a UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC) External reviewer and an Equality Standards Assessor and Verifier, the latter of which involves supporting S/Nabs to explore the concept of Equality and how they can embed Equality across the organization.
