Program registration is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. Registrations are accepted by mail, by fax, through or online registration process, or in person at the informational window of the Rust Ice Arena. If you are mailing your registration send it in no later than one week before the first class. Enrollment is not guaranteed. Registrations over the phone will not be accepted. Registrations will not be accepted if the waiver form is not completed and signed. You will be contacted by an Ice Arenas representative if no space is available in the class. There are no waiting lists for classes! ONLY the office staff or a Service Representative at the informational window is allowed to accept registrations. If paying in cash, please save your receipt as proof of payment.

To encourage Pre-registration for all ice arena programs, and to insure that all programs will be grouped and staffed in the most efficient manner, we are attaching an additional $10 processing fee to all walk in registrations the day that a program begins. To avoid this fee, please register before 5:00pm on the day before a program begins. This fee will be attached to every registration, including additional family members.

ALL refunds will be charged a $20 processing fee. After the first week of all programs only medical refunds, accompanied by a doctor's note, will be given. Refund applications are at the informational window in the Rust Arena. You must complete a refund application to receive a refund. Refund checks take approximately three weeks to be processed.

No credits will be issued for missed classes and no make-ups will be offered.

Skate and helmet rentals are $2 each per person and are not included in the registration fee. All rental fees are paid at the informational window in the Rust Arena. Rentals are issued inside the Rust Arena. Once you find skates or a helmet that fit, ask for the same equipment by the inventory number.

Family discounts are listed in the Fees section of the information for each program. The first registration is at the full price. Each additional registration within the same program within the same family is at the discounted price.

Private instruction is available during the practice sessions for Beginner Skating, Learn-to-Skate Basic Badge, Ice Dance/Freestyle. Students and parents may make arrangements by contacting the instructor of their choice. Fees range from $10 to $20 per 20-minute lessons. A list of the instructors, their fees and phone numbers can be obtained by asking the Service Representative at the informational window of the Rust Arena.
