How to Register

There are three ways to register:

1. Register online using our secure forms (credit card payments only)
   Select the appropriate form below for the desired program. You may register up to 2 skaters per form.

2. Call (302) 831-2868 to have a program guide and registration form mailed to you.
3. Visit the Fred Rust Ice Arena Informational Window Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Instructions for completing the printable registration form

The printable registration document contains two registration forms on one sheet of paper. Please fill out a separate form for each person who is registering, except parent skate, which can be registered for on the same form as the child. You can print or copy more forms as needed.

Complete the information section including name, parent’s name(s) (if applicable), address and phone numbers. Fill in the course number(s) for the program(s) you want to register for and write the program name(s) next to the number(s). You can find the program number(s) in the schedule section(s) of the program information. Fill in the appropriate fee for the program(s) you are registering for. The fee can be found in the fee section of the program information. Be sure to account for additional family member discounts. Compute the amount owed and write it in the total due section. Fill out the additional information box if you are registering for Instructional, In-House, Summer Hockey or Community Class. Sign and date the Liability Waiver Form. Please bring your registration form and payment to the Ice Arena Front Desk or Business Office, both located in the Fred Rust Ice Arena. You can also fax your registration to (302) 831-4699 if you are paying by credit card.

NOTE: No forms will be accepted for registration, until waiver form is completed and signed.
