Description of the Minor
General Requirements
The minor requires a minimum of 15 credits chosen from among the
courses listed here, and must include: PHIL204 (World Religions); at least
6 credits (2 courses) at the 300 level or higher; and courses chosen from
at least 3 different departments or disciplines. This last requirement
reflects the "interdisciplinary" nature of the minor, in that it exposes
the student to a variety of methodological approaches to the study of religion
as a cultural phenomenon. The list of approved courses can be examined
by clicking here.
