Bill Wohl is senior vice president and chief communications officer for Hewlett-Packard. He leads HP’s worldwide communications organization and provides strategic communications counsel to the executive team, reporting to the CEO. Prior to joining HP, he worked for 12 years at business software giant SAP, as a part of the company’s senior leadership team and a primary spokesperson. Before SAP, he managed communications at DecisionOne Corp. and before that at Remington Arms. His first assignment was on the public relations staff of the Office of the Governor of Delaware.
In his spare time, Wohl has served more than 25 years as a volunteer emergency medical technician and firefighter in Pennsylvania, just a few miles north of the UD campus.
