Purpose of This Site
The main purpose of this site is to document our new learning management system (LMS) deployment efforts. Sakai has been selected in March 2008 to replace WebCT as the officially supported LMS at the University of Delaware. Information on this site is targeted at the UD community as well as to peer institutions.
Access, Training, and Support
- In addition to course sites, faculty and staff can now create their own project sites. See the Basics of Sakai@UD to get started.
- Please visit the User Training website for details on using Sakai@UD. General training sessions are open for registration on the Professional Development Calendar.
- Department chairs may request a Sakai demonstration or a custom training session for their department by completing the form at https://www.present.udel.edu/sakai/deptdemo/, or by contacting Karen Kral by email at karenk@udel.edu.
