Trial Judges,

Please follow these simple guidelines to make your visit to our test session successful:

  1. Let us know you are planning to come to the session at least 3 days in advance by contacting our Test Chair at UDTestChair@aol.com.

  2. Sign in on the steno pad near the blue box and copier in the judges' lounge. Print your name clearly along with your USFS number. This is in the event we have trouble reading your signatures on the trial papers, and it helps us to keep track of who has been at the test session.

  3. If you have not done so in the past or need to update information, complete a trial judge registration form in the blue binder found in the blue box.

  4. Place your stamped envelopes for your monitor's copies and your copies (if you want them) in the blue box. Also, please put your return address on all of your envelopes. If you do not have enough postage on your envelopes, just stick some cash in the envelope for us. Typically you need 1 stamp for each set of 5 papers.

  5. Make sure you bring envelopes that are large enough for the number of tests you plan to trial. Please do not give us regular sized business envelopes for more than 5 tests.

  6. If you have 2 monitors, please make it clear on the envelopes as to who gets which trial papers, including MIF papers. Placing FS or MIF or Dance on the bottom left corner of the front of the envelopes will be helpful in getting the papers to the correct person for you.

  7. Make sure your trial papers are signed by you and the judge-in-charge .

  8. All signed trial papers need to be placed in the clear plastic bin which is labeled "Trials" and is near the copier.

  9. If you need anything or have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
