“Everybody, from the beginning, thought outside of the box on this project,” said Dean Bruce Weber of the Lerner College. “They came to the table with good ideas and with thoughtful visions in their mind about how this space would work.”

Weber said that the Lerner College worked with Lang Development president Jack Lang and his team to consider what students value and which elements of design improve the student experience.
“We weren’t trying to mimic some other building or take a cookie-cutter approach,” Weber said.
Cutting the ceremonial ribbon with Weber were associate dean of the Lerner graduate office Jack Baroudi, Lerner graduate office financial analyst Ruma Beldona and Lang Development vice president Chris Locke.
