UD announces training for web-based performance appraisal system
8:22 a.m., Feb. 7, 2013--The University of Delaware is entering the performance appraisal season and has announced training sessions for supervisors, managers and employees.
The University’s web-based performance appraisal system allows managers and employees to track where the performance appraisals are in the system.

The electronic system assists employees by pre-populating the major responsibilities and prior year goals sections of the form, as long as an appraisal was completed the prior year.
There have been some enhancements to the routing that officials believe should help employees and managers better understand the routing and navigation of the appraisal system.
Email notices will be sent to all employees and will include a link to the performance appraisal website, as well as a link for logging into the system.
