Workplace Effectiveness Program web page launched, course dates announced
4 p.m., Aug. 16, 2012--A new web page has been created to celebrate graduates of the University of Delaware’s Blue and Gold Workplace Effectiveness Program.
UD’s Office of Human Resources, Employee Education and Development Unit, offers the program to help employees improve performance and efficiency in their workplaces.

Program registration
Registration is now open for the fall offering of the Workplace Effectiveness Program.
The course features five components.
• Process Improvement Fundamentals;
• Change Agent Skills;
• Effective Communication Skills;
• Team-Building Skills; and
• Process Improvement Presentations.
Classes meet once each week for a total of 10 sessions during October, November and December. Upon completion, participants will receive a UD certificate worth 2.9 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
