The B&G Workplace Effectiveness course consists of a group or "cohort" that work closely together towards a common goal. Each cohort is led by subject-matter experts in the fields of communications, teambuilding, change management and process improvement. They meet weekly to gain a better understanding of process improvement techniques and to review the individuals progress. This site represents the culmination of each individuals' effort and thoughtfulness while making a difference in their work environment.
Kim Ragan, Alfred Lerner, Grad/Exec Programs – created a Standard Operating Procedure Manual for planning a tented event at the University of Delaware. The SOP will benefit the University by saving time, money and produce a more efficient and quality event. Kim will gain efficiency in her job and will eliminate extra payments for services that were overlooked or not arranged timely. Saving time and money for the university and creating an event that is memorable can be an important part of the UD image and cultivation efforts that have potential impact far beyond the event.
