Alumni to show their spirit at Homecoming 2012's Blue Hens on Main
7:51 a.m., Aug. 29, 2012--The University of Delaware Office of Alumni Relations invites alumni and friends to the third annual Blue Hens on Main event to be held Friday, Oct. 19, during Homecoming Weekend.
Alumni will have an opportunity to catch up with friends, get the limited edition UD Homecoming 2012 scarf, grab a drink and eat some food before heading out to the nightspots and restaurants of Main Street.

Last year, more than 200 alumni and friends attended Blue Hens on Main. Click here to register for the 2012 event.
Once done celebrating on Main Street, Blue Hens can return to the Trabant University Center for a late-night breakfast buffet from 12:30-2:30 a.m. featuring a biscuit sandwich bar, tater tots and more.
Throughout the evening, Blue Hens on Main attendees can ride buses shuttling between Trabant, the Embassy Suites on South College Avenue and Marriott’s Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware on the Laird Campus. Parking in the Trabant parking garage will be available.
Office of Alumni Relations
The Office of Alumni Relations is the chief liaison between the University and the worldwide alumni body of more than 151,000 living alumni represented by the UD Alumni Association. Alumni Relations coordinates major events such as Alumni Weekend, Homecoming and prestigious awards. The office also manages all volunteers and events for the regional alumni clubs across the country and is charged with creating new and exciting programs while maintaining current traditions.
