User Services (US) provides effective use of information technologies at the University of Delaware.

US supports the campus community's use of technologies such as:

• Campus computer network and Internet access
• Campus computing sites
• Central computer systems
• Central research data management and analysis software
• Desktop computing applications (Macintosh, Windows, and UNIX)
• Voice mail
• Electronic mail
• The campus cable TV network
• Multimedia classrooms

The four units of User Services focus on the following areas:
Information and Instruction, Research Data Management, Student and Site Support, and Technology Solutions. These units work closely with the IT Help Center and with the other units in Information Technologies.
