The UDrupal service is built on a community-based model in which community members are an integral part of the overall service. The following list identifies internal and external organizations that a UD associated community member may contact for technical support using Drupal.
For assistance with your UDrupal site or the UDrupal service in general, first consult the UDrupal Handbook, which is a collection of terminology, tutorials, and how-to's developed by both Information Technologies (IT) and the UDrupal community. You can ask questions of other UD staff and faculty members who are developing UDrupal sites and find step-by-step instructions for setting up many of the features built into the UDrupal service. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact IT using any of the following methods:
- Submit an IT Help Request Form,
- Send an e-mail message to the IT Help Center at firstname.lastname@example.org, or
- Call the IT Help Center at 302-831-6000.
