FSAP staff members are licensed/certified professionals available to provide individual assessments, short-term counseling, consultations, and mediation for workplace conflicts. In addition to our services for individual employees, we work with supervisors, managers, and department chairs to create a more positive and productive work environment. Informational seminars on work/life issues and support groups are also offered on a regular basis and can be tailored to meet the needs of the UD community.
The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is a free and confidential service for UD faculty and staff. Our counselors are available to help individuals cope with their concerns including relationships and family, work stress/conflict, mental health issues, caregiving, grief and loss, and drug or alcohol problems. When indicated, referrals are made to appropriate professionals and services in the community.
We look forward to being of service to our colleagues and hope that you will find this site to be helpful. For additional information or to make an appointment, please call us at 831-2414, or stop by the FSAP office at 300 Hullihen Hall.
Sincerely,
Rev. Cecily Sawyer-Harmon, LCSW
Coordinator, Faculty and Staff Assistance Program
