Students from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies

They’re back! After a dip in enrollment last year, 15 students from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea, arrived in June to study in the regular intensive program for seven weeks. The eager group attended classes with other ELI students, and on many weekends joined trips organized by program coordinator Amanda Stevens to a variety of nearby destinations, including New York City to attend a Broadway show,Washington, D.C. to see the sights, and Philadelphia to learn about the city’s history. This was the 18th year that HUFS has sent students to the ELI for language study.
