Marian Lief Palley, professor of political science and international relations, “Federalism, Fragmentation and Health Care: The Case of Women’s Reproductive Rights,” an invited lecture at Martin School, University of Kentucky, Nov. 30.

Debra Hess Norris, Henry Francis du Pont Chair in Fine Arts, was a presenter at the workshop “Conservation Assessment in Photograph Conservation: The First Step in Preservation Planning,” at State Hermitage Museum, November, St. Petersburg, Russia.

Honors

Joan Couch, assistant professor of health, nutrition and exercise sciences and associate head athletic trainer, was inducted into the Delaware Athletic Trainers’Association Dec. 4, the second woman in the state to be so honored.

David A. Barlow, associate professor of health, nutrition and exercise sciences, was honored by the Student Athletic Trainers’ Club with a plaque recognizing his 32 years of service to the athletic training education program at the University of Delaware.
