First Night at UD, set for 10 p.m.-midnight, Saturday, Aug. 27, in Multipurpose rooms A, B and C at the Trabant University Center, will kick off the fall semester and give new arrivals reason to celebrate their first night on campus with a variety of fun activities. JustUDoIt!: The Campus Breakout

Set for 8:30 p.m.-“whenever,” Sunday, Aug. 28, at the Trabant University Center, Perkins Student Center and other locations on campus, Campus Breakout promises fun, friendly competition and laughs with activities that range from stand-up comedy routines to dips in UD’s indoor pool to live music from local bands. The following is a list of events, times and locations for campus Breakout events. Visit [www.udel.edu/student-centers/breakout] for more information.

The no-obligation event is an excellent way to gather information and meet like-minded peers before making a firm commitment. Attendance at both locations is highly recommended for students who want to get a full sampling of offerings.

All events are free and a great way for newcomers to meet friends, get involved and establish firm footing on campus before the start of the fall semester.
