2:44 p.m., Oct. 26, 2005--The campus filled with parents Friday through Sunday, as families reunited for Parents and Family Weekend. UD parents came from as far as Michigan and Minnesota.

They bought most of the approximately 1,000 tickets sold for Calliope X, a student-music concert staged Saturday evening at the Bob Carpenter Center. Tickets for two ghost tours of campus sold out Friday evening. Parents also snapped up tickets to see the UD football team best James Madison on Saturday.

“It was a great opportunity for parents to come back to campus and reconnect with their students,” Nancy Millard, assistant director of alumni relations, said.
