“The University of Delaware is proud of all of its graduates, however, we are particularly proud of our graduates who make outstanding contributions in areas of professional or public service, which serve to improve the quality of life for all people,” UD President David P. Roselle said. “These exceptional individuals have been selected from an alumni base of more than 120,000 graduates. It is a great achievement for today’s inductees to be honored in such a way.”

Robert Davis, vice president for University development and alumni relations, said the worldwide recognition of the inductees brings pride to UD and inspires fellow alumni and current students alike. “Our honorees have added significantly to the value of a University of Delaware degree,” he said.
