Stop the Hate march set Nov. 1 at UD Editors Note: Those participating in the march will arrive at the Trabant University Center at 8:30 p.m., not 8 p.m. as initially announced. 5:07 p.m., Oct. 28, 2005--UD students are coordinating a Stop the Hate march on Tuesday, Nov. 1, in response to several hate crimes that have occurred on the campus this fall. The entire University community is invited to participate. Students who live in residence halls will march from their respective complexes to the patio outside the Trabant University Center, where they plan to arrive at 8:30 p.m. Others who do not live in residence halls should plan to be there at 8:30 p.m. Once at the Trabant University Center, participants will go into Trabant Multipurpose Room C, where campus organizations will have information on hates crimes, how to identify them and what can be done to stop them. Representatives of the groups will make presentations, and later facilitators will lead group discussions.
