‘Hoodie Tuesday’ discounts begin Sept. 13

7:20 a.m., Aug. 17, 2005--The UD Bookstore is once again offering a discount to warm the hearts of True Blue Hen fans. Students who wear a hooded UD sweatshirt and stop by any of the Bookstore locations on Tuesdays from Sept.13-Nov.29 will get a 20 percent discount on UD insignia product purchases. This includes clothing, hats, glasses, mugs, water bottles, accessories and other gifts.

Students also can receive one punch on their “Hoodie Card,” on each of these Tuesdays. “Hoodie cards” will be distributed at the Bookstore during the fall book-buying season. Those who stop by the Bookstore on “Hoodie Tuesdays” and are able to complete their “Hoodie Card” can bring it to the Bookstore and receive 50 percent off a UD insignia item.

Hoodie Tuesday discounts are available at UD Bookstore locations in the Perkins Student Center, Trabant University Center and HenEssentials in the Rust Ice Arena.
