Summer A&S newsletter now online 11:28 a.m., July 15, 2005--The 2005 summer edition of the College of Arts & Sciences electronic newsletter, Emphasis, is now available at [http://chico.nss.udel.edu/deptnews/deptnews.html?2501]. The chronicle of events within the college includes a recap of the year with stories about award-winning individuals and programs and an introduction and question-and-answer session with the college’s new dean, Tom Apple. Highlighted in the summer issue are Interim Dean Conrado Gempesaw’s reflections on the college’s accomplishments over the past year, along with articles on a variety of honors to both students and faculty, major grants and new books written by faculty members.
