DLA elects vice president/president elect
Anderson, who will assume the presidency in 2007, received his M.S.L.S. degree from the University of Kentucky and holds a masters degree from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelors degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, both in education. Anderson said he plans to work with the DLA membership to further the interest of all types of libraries in Delaware. Also elected to positions in the DLA for 2005-06 were Dianna McKellar, senior assistant librarian, who will serve as secretary; and Carol Rudisell, librarian, who will serve as ALA chapter councilor, representing the DLA to the Council of the American Library Association. In addition, Julie Brewer, associate librarian, was elected vice president/president-elect of the College & Research Libraries Division of the DLA.
