Railroad crossing to be closed May 31-June 1

2:25 p.m., May 27, 2005--The railroad crossing and sidewalks on North College Avenue, between Main Street and Cleveland Avenue in Newark, will be closed from about 8 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, until the evening of Wednesday, June 1, while the crossing surface is removed and replaced, according to Cory Beilharz, Philadelphia subdivision roadmaster for CSX Corp.

Railroad emergencies can be reported by calling 1-800-232-0144.
