Hotel offers new breakfast options

4:54 p.m., Sept. 6, 2005--The Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware hotel now offers additional choices for its a la carte and buffet breakfasts.

French toast, creamed chipped beef, egg sandwiches and several new waffle toppings are now available, Bill Sullivan, managing director of the hotel, said.

Breakfast is served from 6:30-10 a.m., Mondays through Fridays, and from 7-10:30 a.m., weekends, at the hotel, located on the Laird Campus just off New London Road.

Hotel guests can opt for the Courtyard Stay for Breakfast rate that includes breakfast for up to two adults and two children. For more information, call (302) 737-0900.
