Bookstore continues ‘On the Road’ Friday discounts

4:43 p.m., Oct. 26, 2005--The UD Bookstore is continuing its “On The Road” sales before away football games, which means that UD-themed merchandise will be discounted 30 percent each Friday before away games through the end of the season.

UD fans can shop Fridays before away games and show their spirit when the team faces off against Maine on Saturday, Oct. 29; William & Mary on Saturday, Nov. 12; and Villanova on Saturday, Nov. 19.

Hooded and crew-neck sweatshirts are selling fast now that cool weather has set in, and some fans already are shopping for insignia merchandise for holiday gifts, according to Kristen Steirer, general merchandising manager.

“On The Road” discounts are not available on phone or Internet orders.
