Summer edition of ‘At Sea’ launched 1:23 p.m., July 29, 2005--“There are many exciting things happening at the UD College of Marine Studies and the Delaware Sea Grant College Program,” according to Nancy Targett, interim dean of the college and interim director of the program, in a letter announcing the latest edition of At Sea, the college’s e-newsletter.
