Man arrested for use of students bank card 2:28 p.m., April 12, 2005--University Police arrested a Newark man Monday for using a female junior’s bank card to withdraw $300 from her account and for committing six more attempts later of access device fraud totaling $2,209. The arrest resulted from tips received by police in response to an April 6 story and photos posted on UDaily. "We received seven phone calls and e-mails as to the subject’s identity," Sgt. Charles Wilson, University Police, said. "His identify was verified, and, on April 11, University Police executed an arrest and search warrant at the suspect’s off-campus residence."
