WSFS opens e-zone in Trabant

3:04 p.m., Aug. 30, 2004--WSFS Bank has added new technology to the traditional banking services it provides in its Trabant University Center office with the opening of e-zone.

E-zone offers expanded hours, additional electronic banking ATMs, telephone banking and new and improved online banking features—all in one location. E-zone’s extended access hours and new technology offer students greater convenience and security.

Two new ATMs were added for faster transactions, along with dedicated customer service phones for quick response to questions. Enhanced online banking allows students to manage their accounts from inside the branch via an Internet connection or from their own PCs.

“Over 80 percent of our student-banking customers perform all of their transactions at the ATM. With that in mind, we designed a facility that delivers technology-based banking with convenience and high levels of service,” Jennifer McCollum, WSFS vice president, said.

During the e-zone introduction period, WSFS staff will be on hand to help students use the new facility.

“Our primary objective is to help introduce students to the new technology,” McCollum said. “We will be here to guide them through the options and to answer any questions.”

Along with e-zone and its full-service banking office in the Trabant University Center, WSFS has several ATMs located throughout the campus.
