Starting Thursday, March 2, at 5 p.m., the University of Delaware PeopleSoft HR system will be unavailable due to a system upgrade.

UD Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and Information Technologies (IT) anticipate that all systems and forms will be available for the campus community by Tuesday, March 7. HR and Payroll will send email to their departmental contacts when the system is available again.

The upgrade will affect several systems and Web Forms:

• The following Web Forms can be initiated, but cannot receive final approval from HR or Payroll until the upgrade is complete: Additional Assignment, W4, Direct Deposit, S-Contract, GNCP, HR Access Request, Employee Emergency Notification, JED, EDD, RTR.

• The Labor Allocation Module (LAM) will be unavailable.

• The UDJOBS application will be unavailable, meaning that applicants will be unable to apply for positions during the upgrade. A message will be placed on the jobs website regarding the system outage.

Some key systems and forms will be available during the PeopleSoft upgrade:

• UDTime will be available for current employees to clock in and out. Changes made on March 2 will be updated in UDTime prior to the PeopleSoft upgrade.

• The Request for Leave Web Form will remain available during the upgrade.

• The UD Performance Appraisal system will remain available during the upgrade.
