UD offers exam shuttle service at Morris Library, complimentary parking
12:54 p.m., Dec. 2, 2015--University of Delaware Transportation and Parking Services are teaming up to offer transportation and parking options near the Morris Library to students who are preparing for final examinations.
The last day of classes for the fall semester will be Friday, Dec. 11, with Reading Days on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 12-13. Finals examinations will begin Monday, Dec. 14, and conclude on Saturday, Dec. 19.

In addition to the University’s normal shuttle schedule, a Final Exam Study return shuttle will be available every 30 minutes from 2 a.m. through 6:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 7, through Friday, Dec. 11, and also Monday, Dec. 14, through Friday, Dec. 18.
This shuttle will depart Lot 34, just south of the Morris Library and within view of the east entrance.
On Dec. 19, all day routes will operate according to a regular schedule. Evening 1 and 2 will operate until 10:10 p.m. with one bus doing a return loop from Smith Overpass at 10:10 p.m., but there will be no Evening All Campus or Late Bird shuttles.

Parking Services has announced that from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly during the last week of classes and final exam week there will be no charge for parking at the Visitors Center Lot 41 on South College Avenue.
The complimentary parking is being implemented to support students who are studying at the Morris Library.
Normal hourly rates apply between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Motorists will take a ticket as they enter; vehicles leaving after the exit gate has been put down will be charged the hourly rate.
Beginning Monday, Dec. 7, vehicles parking at the Visitors Center lot from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. each weeknight through exams will be able to exit at no charge.
From Friday at 5 p.m. through the following Monday, Dec. 4-7, and from Dec. 11-14 there will be all-day, no-charge parking for students studying at the Morris Library.
Normal operations will resume Saturday, Dec. 19.
