University Library offers workshop 'Research Funding Online'

“Research Funding Online” will focus on three library databases -- Foundation Directory Online, Foundation Grants to Individuals Online and COS Pivot that can be used to identify potential funding resources such as grants from private foundations, corporations and government agencies.
The workshop will cover strategies for searching the databases, procedures for using alerting services and locating additional grant information on the Internet.
“Research Funding Online” will be offered from 10 a.m.-noon, Thursday, Nov. 20, in the Library Instruction Room (116A) on the first floor of Morris Library.
Presenters will be Carol Rudisell, librarian, and Michael Gutierrez, associate librarian, both in the Reference and Instructional Services Department, and Jann Sutton, research development education coordinator in the Research Office
The workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available.
