Third party comments invited for School of Nursing accreditation
9:20 a.m., June 29, 2015--The University of Delaware School of Nursing will seek re-accreditation of the baccalaureate (BSN) and master’s (MSN) degree programs and accreditation of the post-graduate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certificate programs from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) this fall.
Recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education is an autonomous accrediting agency, which ensures the quality and integrity of baccalaureate and graduate programs. As a voluntary, self-regulatory process, CCNE accreditation supports and encourages continuing self-assessment, growth and improvement of collegiate professional nursing education programs.
