June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

Giordan calls the commercialization of technology based on university research a “contact sport” that is an increasingly important and ever-changing field.

During the discussion, Giordan will answer the crucial question: In this shifting landscape, where everyone can play, what does it take to play well and very successfully?

Lunch will be provided to all attendees of the event, which will take place at the Horn Program’s Venture Development Center at 132 E. Delaware Ave. from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All UD students and faculty may attend this event for free but are asked to register for the event here for catering purposes.
