Utility project to close portions of Academy Street Jan. 28-30

9:08 a.m., Jan. 20, 2015--Academy Street from just south of Lovett Avenue to north of the Perkins Parking Garage entrance will be closed from Wednesday, Jan. 28, through Friday, Jan. 30, due to utility construction related to the Academy Street Dining and Residence Hall Project. 

Only selected vehicles will be allowed to access this section of Academy Street during the construction.

The pedestrian crosswalk just north of the Perkins Student Center also will be closed during the same period due to underground utility work. 

A portion of Courtney Street east of Academy also will be closed for underground utility work.
