Transportation Services announces nighttime North-South Express change
8:06 a.m., Feb. 27, 2015--University of Delaware Transportation Services has announced a temporary change for its nighttime schedule during very cold weather.
Beginning Friday, Feb. 27, the North-South Express will arrive at all stops every 15 minutes instead of every 30 minutes until 10:30 p.m.
