Sharon Bathon, assistant director of nursing services, said that Stacy exemplifies all that is good at Student Health Services.

“Linda goes above and beyond her duties every day for the staff, the administration and, most of all, for the students,” Bathon said. “As our HR liaison, Linda attends many HR functions, and brings back information to the administration to share with all of our staff.”

Stacy also attends many campus functions, including New Student Orientation, Bathon said.

“Linda covers every aspect of the preparations for New Student Orientation, including participating as a panel member during our presentation,” Bathon said. “For any of the meetings and functions held in Laurel Hall, Linda is there to assure that everything is ready to go.”

Bathon also lauded Stacy for bringing a positive attitude and great sense of humor to work each day.

“It’s such a joy to work with Linda,” Bathon said. “Simply put, she is wonderful.”

As administrative assistant to the medical director for Student Health Services, Stacy’s duties include representing the department at campus functions and coordinating such events while collaborating with other departments to better serve students.

“I enjoy working with students and aiding them in any way that I can,” Stacy said. “Over my 13 years here, the various staff here at Student Health have become like my extended family. It is an honor and a privilege to be nominated by my colleagues.”
