Library offers 'Finding Multimedia Content Online' workshop

9:26 a.m., Feb. 26, 2014--The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop titled “Finding Multimedia Content Online” on Wednesday, March 12, to teach participants how to search online for high quality photos, music and video to use in multimedia projects and assignments. 

A variety of free resources and tools will be explored. Participants will leave the workshop with a better understanding of “fair use” and Creative Commons licensing of media on the web.

“Finding Multimedia Content Online” will be offered from 2-3:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, in Room B of the Student Multimedia Design Center on the lower level of the Morris Library.

Presenter will be John Stevenson, associate librarian, Student Multimedia Design Center.

This workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available at this website.
