Library offers 'Research Refresher for Graduate Students' workshop
1:06 p.m., Feb. 24, 2014--The University of Delaware Library will present the workshop “Research Refresher for Graduate Students” on Wednesday, March 5.
The workshop will provide graduate students with an overview of the services and resources available for their use at the University Library.

Attendees will learn how to use the library catalog and databases to find books, articles and more. Tools used to manage citations and create bibliographies will be discussed. Attendees will also learn about resources available for creating and editing video and audio files.
Information will be shared about reserving individual and collaborative work spaces such as graduate study carrels, group study rooms and recording studios.
Library services such as interlibrary loan, Article DELivery and reciprocal borrowing programs will be explained. Methods to request further research assistance will be discussed.
“Research Refresher for Graduate Students” will be offered from 5-6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, in the Library Instruction Room (116A) on the first floor of the Morris Library.
Presenters will be Dianna McKellar, librarian, and Thomas Melvin, librarian, both of the Reference and Instructional Services Department.
This workshop is available at no charge and open to University of Delaware graduate students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available at this website.
