UD Psychology Club announces Halloween dodgeball tournament
8:13 a.m., Oct. 15, 2012--The University of Delaware Psychology Club will hold a fundraising Halloween dodgeball tournament from 5-8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26, in Gym 2 of the Carpenter Sports Building.
Teams will consist of five players, and players are asked to dress in Halloween attire. It will cost $3 per person ($15 per team) to sign up for the event.

The tournament will include prizes. The first place prize is a $30 Main Street gift card, and the prize for best group costume is a $10 gift card to Dunkin’ Donuts.
The UD Psychology Club strives to spread awareness about mental illness, provides support for psychology classes, and exposes students to research opportunities on campus.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in Delaware. NAMI is devoted to spreading awareness, providing housing for those with mental illness, and providing support for those with mental illness as well as their families and caretakers. NAMI provides numerous support groups for those affected by any aspect of mental illness.
