Health Sciences Career Fair to be held at Trabant University Center
10:16 a.m., Nov. 7, 2012--The University of Delaware Health Sciences Career Fair will be held from 12:30-3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 12, in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.
The fair is open to all UD students and alumni interested in a career in the health industry or in attending an allied health professional school after graduation.

The career fair will provide an opportunity for those who attend to find out why they would want to work with the companies represented and if a career in the field is right for them.
At the fair, participants can learn about internships, full-time jobs and graduate opportunities.
The fair is geared toward those interested in pursuing careers fields such as applied nutrition, athletic training, dietetics, exercise science, health behavior science, health and physical education, health studies/occupational therapy, medical technology, nursing and nutritional sciences.
The fair is sponsored by the UD Career Services Center and the College of Health Sciences to provide a forum for students to network with potential employers in the health sciences industry, such as: ATI Physical Therapy, Cardio-Kinetics, Inc., Children's National Medical Center, Christiana Care Health System, HealthFitness, Johns Hopkins Bay View Medical Center, Mount Nittany Medical Center, New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Peace Corps, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The Health Sciences Career Fair gives medical centers, hospitals, institutes, rehabilitation centers and allied health professional schools the chance to discuss career opportunities with UD students.
