Send-off for UD women's basketball team set at Bob Carpenter Center
4:33 p.m., March 27, 2013--A send-off for the University of Delaware women’s basketball team will held at 1:15 p.m., Thursday, March 28, at the Bob Carpenter Center as the Blue Hens set out for Bridgeport, Conn., and their next test in the NCAA Division I national championship tournament.
The team bus will depart by 1:30.

Unsung Hero
The One Love Foundation has announced that University of Delaware men's lacrosse standout Elijah Conte has been selected as a winner of the 2016 YRL Unsung Hero Award.
The Hens made history by reaching the tournament’s Sweet 16 with a 78-69 victory over the University of North Carolina on Tuesday night at the sold-out Bob Carpenter Center.
They will face the University of Kentucky at noon, Saturday, March 30, at the Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport.
