University Library offers workshop on 'Digital Photography Basics'
9:23 a.m., Jan. 16, 2013--The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop on the basics of digital photography on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 12.
The workshop, “Understanding Your Camera: Digital Photography Basics,” will introduce participants to lighting, composition and the camera’s manual settings to produce impressive results no matter what camera they are using.

Registrants are welcome to bring a personal camera or to check one out from the Student Multimedia Design Center.
The workshop will be held from 2-4 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 12, in Room B of the Student Multimedia Design Center on the lower level of the Morris Library.
Presenters will be John Stevenson, associate librarian, and Nico Carver, assistant librarian, both of the Student Multimedia Design Center.
The workshop is available at no charge and is open to UD faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Registration is available online.
