Student Government Association announces interest meetings
2:49 p.m., Aug. 30, 2012--The University of Delaware’s Student Government Association will hold interest meetings at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 4, and Wednesday, Sept. 5, in 308 Gore Hall.
The interest meetings will offer information about SGA in general, about how to become a senator either through election or appointment, and about how to become a member.

Through June 3: 'Emancipation'
The UD Library has announced a new exhibition titled "Emancipation and Its Legacies," which will be on view in the Lincoln Exhibit Case in the Morris Library through Monday, June 3.
June 6-9: Garden symposium
Registration is open for the "Earth Perfect?" symposium, which will include numerous speakers and tours of notable area gardens.
Also, there are spots reserved for freshmen so all students are encouraged to attend.
An SGA representative said the interest meetings provide “a great opportunity to get involved in a leadership position on campus. It is also a great way to make a change on campus and have an impact on student lives.”
