In this full-day workshop, participants will learn how lean principles and tools can help them effectively address problems they face in operations, deferred maintenance, and renewal on campus.
The group will work collaboratively to deeply understand a commonly shared challenge, generate and prioritize ideas to address the challenge, and develop actionable solutions.
Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in hands-on activities that reinforce lean principles and tools. By practicing what they learn, participants will understand the value and relevance of this approach, and how it can be applied in other settings.
Registration and an agenda can be found online.
