Academic Leave of Absence: Sick Leave
The University has an informal policy with respect to sick leave
for faculty. Individual cases are handled so as to impose the least
possible hardship on the faculty member and his or her family within
the resources of the University. Hospital confinement or sickness
that exceeds three days should be reported in writing to the dean's
office.
