Installing the Secure Shell program

Secure Shell is a program that allows you log into a remote computer over the Internet. It provides a secure connection between the computers by encrypting passwords and other data.

Installing the Secure Shell program

1. In the InstallShield Wizard dialog box (shown below), click Next. 

   

2. In the subsequent InstallShield Wizard dialog box (shown below), read the License Agreement and then click Yes.

   

3. In the subsequent InstallShield Wizard dialog box (shown below), select the default Destination Folder by clicking Next.

   

4. In the subsequent InstallShield Wizard dialog box (shown below), select the default Program Folder by clicking Next.

   

5. In the subsequent InstallShield Wizard dialog box (shown below), select all four components for installation by clicking Next.

   

6. In the subsequent InstallShield Wizard dialog box (shown below), to complete installation click Finish.
