Fax a completed housing form to (506) 433-3033. Housing forms may be downloaded here, or may be obtained by calling the PBL 2002 Call Center at the numbers listed above.

Rates:

Special rates are available through May 7, 2002. After this date, the official PBL discounted rates will expire, and the hotels will charge significantly higher rates.

Reservations:

Room reservations for Saturday, June 15 are limited. Please reserve early if you plan to arrive Saturday.

All hotels require a credit card guarantee or check deposit of $150.00 U.S. dollars with each reservation request.

Changes and Cancellations:

Cancellations made after 8 p.m. EST on April 30, 2002 will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation processing fee. Changes and cancellation, if necessary, should be made through the PBL Housing Call Center until 8 p.m. EST on June 11, 2002. Any cancellations made after that time will be subject to forfeiture of the entire $150.00 deposit.
